This place is what America was built on. Ron (owner) and his staff are simply amazing. They seem to know every customer by name as well. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is even better.

Don't judge this book by its cover. It's easy to miss, but once you do find it, you will not stop coming.

Seriously. Best. Verde. Ever.

Get the Tower! Or really, anything on the menu.

incredible real old 50 60's atmosphere. music, service, food. they have all american breakfast and lunches. They also specialize in chili verde and have entrees that will make you want to come back. They have the Worlds first Chili Verde omelet. I've never eated such wonderful food that is cooked fresh everytime I've eaten there. THe only thing I would like is for them to be open late for dinner. If you like real home cooking , this is the place to eat. They also have a special kids menu.

Hi Hat Diner is one of those "Route 66" type places.

It's not lit up like all those chain eateries. Don't judge a book by its cover because Hi Hat is rather non-discript from the outside but, just walk inside and go "Back To The Future".

You'll be greeted by Elvis, and an authentic Diner look that'll get you "All Shook Up.". There are two dining rooms so you'll have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy tons of Rock & Roll memorabilia.

The service? They Be "Takin' Care of Business". The food is like home cooked and VERY delicious. You'll wanna shout goodness gracious "Great Balls of Fire".

If you like chille verde, their chille verde omelette will make you "Twist & Shout"! So is their #("When I'm )64"! We have eaten there 3 times for breakfast and once for lunch. (4 for 4, FIVE GOLDEN EGG EGG rating)

They are open from 7AM to 2PM "Eight Days a Week." for breakfast and lunch. COFFEE IS 10 CENTS with any entre from 7AM to 9AM.

If you are looking for an authentic diner with GREAT food, GREAT prices, friendly faces THIS is the place. One of our favorite things about Hi Hat is it's a place you can go relax, take your time, eat and talk without feeling like they are crunching numbers and rushing you out the door.

So put on your "Blue Suede Shoes" and try Hi Hat Diner."You just can't "Help Falling in Love" with this place.
