Le Peep is in the Design Center on Route 9 on the Southbound side. It's a little expensive, so look for coupons before going. This brings the price closer to the price of local diners and other breakfast places.
As for the food, the coffee was very good. The tea was better than the typical diner fare. The omlette was well formed and not runny. The pancakes were large and fluffy. The service was somewhat slow.
