UPDATE!! Germaines is NO LONGER on Ambaum Blvd. They have moved to a larger location, just off 1st Ave South and 153rd SW, on the east side of the street.

ALSO a *NEW* location in Federal Way, just off Pacific Hwy South, close to Dash Point Road. Business park area, just east above Pac Hwy So. Check it out!

Service is great. This is a good old breakfast joint that is clean. It has friendly, responsive wait staff. The food is average, not bad, not fancy. If you want good pancakes, eggs, and omelettes, but nothing fancy, I would recommend this place. We are clean freaks and felt it is was well kept.

This is indeed the best spot for breakfast in the Burien, area!.. We not only had the country gravy ( which is homemade ) but pancakes, they even have buckwheat.The staff is family with humor and good service. The decor is that of a comfortable country breakfast nook!! We have had several great breakfast experiences, that we came back for a Hamburger and homemade soup. One of the few places around that still makes a Monty Cristo Sandwich!
