I went today for the second time, and just as before it was a great breakfast. Nothing fancy, but everything tasty with good service. Our waitress was 'perky' and very attentive. The omelet was cooked just right and the muffin was terrific. Good value for the price. We had to wait about 5 minutes for a table but I've waited much longer in diners. I'll definitely go again.

Visited here for the first time yesterday. I am staying in the area for business and was recommended this place for breakfast. I had a bacon and cheese omelet... prepared perfectly! Bacon was nice and crisp... cooked perfectly! Service was outstanding, and the owner even makes the rounds and converses with people. This is a great place for breakfast, and also great service! Definitely try it!

The one I had was Irish, with home made corned beef hash... and yes, it was really home made!!!

Had breakfast here for the first time yesterday. Can I just say that my Italian Omelet was the BEST Omelet that I have ever had? The pesto was so rich with flavor, you could tell it was homemade!!! I had the nicest waiter wait on my table, so polite, well spoken! GREAT JOB WHISTLE STOP! I will be back again!

I love a good breakfast on the weekend, and I have to say that every time I have gone here and ordered my favorite eggs over easy they have been perfect! Plenty of bacon, homefries are terrific and there are tons of combinations to choose from. My only regret is that I have not yet tried any of the awesome looking pancakes or waffles...because I always go for my favorite!

Best food in town!! Two thumbs up for the WS! Try their homemade hash it's awesome! I had the heavenly hash omelet that filled me up for the day... go there you will not be disappointed!

The Fish & Chips are awesome, the best around. HONESTLY I was down in narragansett and i had some fish & chips those were nothing compared to the whistle stop, they also have great breakfast for a great price, VERY CLEAN... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT

If your looking for a great place to get some breakfast, the Whistle Stop Restaurant is your #1 choice. Let me tell you, breakfast doesn't get much better than this. The french toast is one of my favorites, simply outstanding! .. And they even serve lunch and dinner too. I give this restuarant 5 Stars. Also, I've never seen a much cleaner restuarant in my life. They do their jobs well at the Whistle Stop and keep things clean, inviting, friendly, and its a great overall family-like environment. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone who wants an awseome enjoyable breakfast/meal.
