Cracker Barrell nationwide is consistently a best-buy and value in restaurant food and service. We have traveled the southeast sufficiently to have dined in most of the Cracker Barrell locations out there. As a family with children, we appreciate the menu selections, kid's meals which offer something beyond starch and sugar, and the fine fresh salad offerings in addition to the outstanding breakfast menu available all day.
Service is always acceptable, wait-staff are friendly and well trained, managers are often on the floor to expediate good customer service, and our years of experience at Cracker Barrell have been remarkable. We also enjoy the gift shops in the buildings; many a gift-to-go or personal purchase has been made from the unusual, practical and varied merchandise selection. After 22 years of eating at Cracker Barrell, we only look forward to decades more!! Hats off!!

My wife and I visited there over the Holidays and had problems with the food and service at night. The wait took about 10 minutes before being waited on...got our coffee (dirty cup and all) after 20 minutes and had not ordered yet...asked for red-eye gravy w/meal as well as the fried apples. Waitress returned food and forgot the red-eye gravy and said they were out of the apples. The manager came over & discussed the problems w/our meal. The last thing the manager said was, "we'll have you some apples before you leave". After finishing our meal, we waited for about 10 minutes for them to bring out the apples. We got up and went to pay the bill and guess who was standing at the register? The manager didn't say a word more and didn't even offer up the apples he'd promised us. We were very dissappointed. That had been our third trip there that week and we even purchased gifts at the gift shop. Needless to say...I did not return to purchase 2 rocking chairs at $129.00 each.

good food nice clean kids prices are real cheep and you can get kids food too and you can shop there to and buy like vermont things and other things so many things and the food is very good and you get alot too you will have a doggy bag
