Right in the middle of Waikiki Eggs N' Things is built to cater to the tourist and does. To a great many of them. In fact, that's the biggest problem with Eggs N' Things. It's always packed and there is almost always a wait after 0700.

If you show up early enough though, they have what I consider the best Macadamia Nut Pancakes on Oahu. I'm not worried about death threats since I have departed the island, but it's still true. The omelletes are huge and the specials are almost always fantastic. Worst thing food wise is they don't serve hash browns, only country potatoes, rice or pancakes. But then again I just get a sub with the Macadamia Nut Pancakes and I'm good to go.

Due to the crowds service can be slow and for some reason they don't take credit cards, so be sure to bring cash or a travelers check. Prices can be a little high so be sure to bring plenty.

Always a fun place to tourist watch as well. Invariably somebody does a pose with the pancakes.
