Le Peep CLOSED over a year ago. There is an awesome new breakfast restaurant there now called "Butters Pancakes & Cafe" from the same people that run Butterfield's Pancake House.

Very young and peppy servers. Nice outdoor dining area. Food was served quickly but accompanying english muffin was cold to the touch. The skillet breakfast was piping hot though.

Nice touch was leaving a carafe of diet soda at the table which saved time and my frustration!
