I occasionally call in orders for breakfast sandwiches for around 20 employees. I always give at least 30 minutes lead time, and have even called the night before to try and make it easier on their staff. Each and every time I call, the person taking the order (usually the morning manager)acts like it's a terrible imposition. I am ALWAYS told that someone didn't show up for work and they are short handed, they aren't sure they can take care of the order, they are too busy, etc. etc. It's just frustrating. Don't they want our business?
