Yes the food was good but the service... Our waitress was unprofessional and was showing her belly. Bad start. My wife and I were put off from the beginning. We asked what was good and were told "everything". Food arrived and was tasty but when water glasses were empty, saw waitress texting on her phone. Probably wont go back.

I am on vacation and staying at the Days Inn, and having lived on Boulder before I thought about getting breakfast as some of the usual places that I used to go, but most if not all of those places are now gone.

I read the reviews on here and this morning decided to check this place out since it is less than 20 feet from my room, and boy I am so glad that I did.

The Colorado omelet that I ordered was amazing, the coffee was equally amazing.

The staff was very friendly and inviting and made me feel as if I was a regular customer they were just that friendly.

Next time I come back to Boulder I am staying at the Days Inn and eating at Eggcredible Cafe.

I love this place!! Even though the food is a little bland, it's really yummy and unique. The store is very cute too. I don't know anywhere that serves perogi's and I love these, so that's partially why I love this place sooooo much. They have good eggs benedict too.

I have eaten at Eggcredible Cafe a number of times and am never disppointed. Their food is fresh and served as soon as it gets out of the kitchen. There is flexibility in modifying the food orders to your preferences. Although the ambiance may create a concern due to this restaurant being attached to The Days Inn, it is well worth the visit.

First of all, this restaurant is in a Days Inn, that triggered a warning alarm for my wife and I, but we decided to give it a go due to all of the glowing reviews on this site. The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. There are plenty of better breakfast places out there. The menu selection is pretty weak the the food was bland and non interesting.

I rated 1 egg, mainly to offset the ridiculously high ratings for such a mediocre place. In truth, I probably would rate this place 2 or 3. Its ok, but not worth your time.

My favorite breakfast place ever !!! Love the food, love the pierogi and coffee ! hmmmmm... try the huge latte they offer - delicious

The staff is fast and friendly. The food is delightful. Every bite filled with extraordinary flavors. On a whole it was a most pleasurable experience. I will be back.

The Silver Canyon coffee at the Eggcredible was great.

The food was quality - crispy red potatoes, homemade hollandaise, and Polish dumplings made from scratch.

The decor in the cafe is a Colorado lodge feel with lots of wood and colorful murals.
