i have gone here many times! there has never, ever been a problem in getting coffee refills. all of the waitstaff are as friendly as they come!! i think some of these recent reviews have it confused with some other place. Yes, the decor is "unusual" but i am interested in the food. i just had a home-made corn beef sandwich that was excellent! the waitress said, "yes, it is made right there in the restaurant". i can't wait to have it again. i will pay more attention to treatment of waitresses. i have never witnessed this.

Yes the food is good.....Cheap! But the owners treat there employees like SH*t!!!! I've witnessed (at there Greenville location) them being called "useless", "stupid", and SCREAMED at no matter how busy the place has been!!! THE OWNER'S are Ignorant!!! It's the waitresses that keep me coming back!!!

great food and super cheap...2 eggs, 2 pieces of french toast, two bacon, two sausage home fries and coffee for $6 now that good eating!

the staff are friendly and tolerant considering that half of the people that show up to eat at 2 or 3am are intoxicated and can be obnoxious. The food is great. They even sell grits. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Food isn't bad, but try to get a second cup of coffee. Good luck. They start you out with about 6 oz. of coffee, then you never see them again until they come with the bill.
Talk about cheap. Never have I been to another restaurant that does this to their customers. I guess the waitresses think they are saving money for the restaurant. Keep saving ladies. My solution for that is very simple.

I work here so of course I love it. But before I even applied it was my most hit up breakfast spot. Cheap, delicious food and I must say that I am quite a nice waitress.

Best homefries in New England. Excellent coffee. Very neat and clean. Friendly waitress. The only weak spot was the jelly.
