Breakfast is good here - and prices are reasonable. It's not one of the top breakfast places in the area - but definitely one we'd go to now and then.

Service was timely and appropriately friendly. Brreakfast was altogether excellent. I had orange juice, French Toast, a side of ham, a side of hashed browned potatoes, a side of chopped mango and a side of pineapple.

Reasonably ordering off the menu was accommodated without fuss.

All of the food was appealing and tasted home made, not plastic, rubbery or microwaved to smithereens.

I don't drink coffee with meals because diuretics deplete minerals, which diminishes the value of eating a good meal. But the juice seemed fresh and was served properly chilled.

It would be helpful to know which foods do not contain hyrdogenated or partially hydrogenated oils. Maybe none of them do, but if so it is not mentioned anywhere. For this very reason I only eat out once or twice monthly, though breakfast at The Sandpiper was encouraging. I will definitely be returning.

Although changed hands, this is the best restaurant for breakfast in the Woodridge area. The food is plentiful and well prepared with good specials - especially on weekdays. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. Only complaint is that the food can be greasy at times. Well worth going if you are in the area.
