$2.25 for a breakfast plate explains it all. 2 eggs done how you want, choice of meat, grits, toast, and either coffee or tea. Family and friends environment in a classic southern town. Service is untouchable.

It is very inexpensive as well as down home. No one dresses up or feels a need to do so.

just recently visited from scotland dropped in city lunch and could not believe the warm friendly welcome we had from the staff our breakfast was wonderfull i will never forget that tasty sausage we had after asking if we could buy some we were told that it was a secret family recipe and the owners brother makes it forgot to mention the country grits and scrambled eggs we had this is one cafe we will visit again and again on our next visit to the states irene & bob from scotland

The food is great and it's a wonderful small town cafe. The owners are also the staff with the entire family taking part. Best breakfast for the money in town!
