The food is typical breakfast diner food with a few things that do actually stand out. The real jewel here is the service. They are fast and sweet as anything could ever be.

I have been going to Snappy's for years and I would rate this restaurant "The Cheers" of breakfast joints. Everyone greets everyone as they walk in; and most importantly you feel at home!

The Staff is wonderful, food is great and affordable, coffee is great. My Son is three years old and is always excited to go to Snappys with me. If you are looking for a great food, affordable prices, warm and welcome atmosphere this is the place for you.

The chicken-fried steak is only Sam's pressed chicken patties and they are gross. But breakfast is good. You can't screw up a egg. Overall... not bad for a greasy spoon.

A very nice place to meet Katy people. It is a down to earth place with that old town flair. You can eat, drink coffee and the people around you even speak to you. WOW... this is like the good old days. Best of all, you can smoke like the good old days. One problem is they have ROACHES and that is nasty.

Snappys is outstanding hometown restaurant with a great Hometown atmosphere, outstanding service, good helpings, honest to goodness home cooking. When you go to Snappys you have stepped foot into a real down home cooking type restaurant. Now I'm hungry and I'm going to Snappys for breakfast 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, link sausage, and briskets with gravy. This is the only restaurant where the coffee will be at the table before you are. Excellent breakfast!

Had been looking for a good coffee shop where a good quality country breakfast could be had. Tried Snappy's several times and found the staff to be very good, food quality average, but cleanliness poor. Dishes and utensils often require a replacement. I expect this on ocassion at a country diner, but it should be rare.

Our rating would jump to AWESOME if they didn't allow smoking at what seemed to be every table. Food was great but we gagged all through breakfast as three tables around us fired em' up the whole time. One dude smoked while he ate.....I have no problem with smokers and or a place allowing it. We vote with our feet.

I have been going to Snappy's for years. For a while, it was on a daily basis. I shared many great memories there with my father, who was there almost every morning. They treat you like family there. Not something I could ever say of a Denny's or Ihop type place. For example, just take a look at their menu next time you are in there. The people's names next to the pictures are some of their most frequent customer's names. That's how much they really do care & appreciate the people who come in there. It is owned & ran by a wonderful & kind-hearted group of people. The prices are very fair and the food is wonderful. I wouldn't eat breakfast anywhere else.

This place is an axcellent mom and pop shop. Beats the chains anyday. The only thing I would change is the dress code. Do not allow people with muscle type shirts in. very disgusting to see sweaty arms while your eating.

Snappys is more of a "joint" than anything. Hometown atmosphere, great service, ample helpings, honest to goodness home cooking. It's the kind of joint your dad took you too when you were a kid. If you don't like it, you probably grew up in a franchise restaurant and never stepped foot into a real down home cooking type joint. Now I'm hungry and I'm going to Snappys for breakfast tomorrow!

I went hunting once and I ate there and it was disgusting. My pancakes were like rubber and the eggs were describable. The coffee was atrocious and the syrup was cold. If this is the same Snappys by los cucos and midway bbq in old town Katy, I give it bad reviews.

The food is great, home cooking type. It's run by a Greek couple and they are so nice. the amount of food you get is large. You never leave hungry. All food is fresh from strach and cooked there. The service is the best and the whole place is so friendly and home like.
