Perkin's bills itself as a "family restaurant" when the reality is, this is a step below some greasy spoons. The pancakes were mushy and bland. The bacon was soggy. The eggs benedict had an odd bitter taste. The biscuits and gravy tasted fresh from a can. To top it off, service was bad. It was 7:30 AM on a Sunday, there were 8 customers in the place, and we were three of them. There was a staff of at least 7. We waited 10 minutes for first contact, and often sat with empty glasses. Finally, when considering quality and service, prices were a bit high. Like I said, this isn't even greasy spoon quality. Skip this place.
