Soul food and home cooking presided over by a Chapel Hill institution and cookbook author. Breakfast daily. In addition to the usual breakfast fare, Mama Dip serves up salmon cakes, chicken and gravy, pork chop and gravy. Our favorites are the salmon cakes with scrambled and the house omelet (sausage, mushroom, onion, tomato).
