Great breakfast! I still talk about going back to Asheville just to eat here, it was that good! We had the sweet potato pancakes with spiced pecans and the country breakfast with eggs, bacon and home fries. Also a side of their fluffy biscuits with jam and homemade apple butter, my favorite, they were so delicious melt in your mouth. I also had a cup of their homemade hot chocolate, yum. It is a very cute restaurant, the service was excellent. I even bought a jar of the apple butter to take home it was so good.

Some interesting variations on classic dishes are on the menu; the sweet potato pancakes with spiced pecans were excellent. The coffee was too strong and bitter for my taste, but refills were offered at regular intervals. Good service, somewhat noisy but pleasant atmosphere.

I didn't see anybody there but Yuppees, Yankees and Gays. Not a NASCAR cap in the whole place. It ain't for us native hillbillys so you "come on downs" enjoy it. Leave the good places like the Hot Shot, Silver Dollar and Bar-B-Que Inn for us.

somewhere between classy and hip. Sorry dont' drink coffee so can't rate, but the food has always been good.
