Been to three different IHOPs in two different states. Lousy experience. If you like sitting by screaming kids, this might be for you. It's like the Chuck E. Cheese of breakfast joints.

Coffee pot barely had 3 small cups of coffee in it.
Waite staff was barely visible, food was ok.Felt invisible. floor was filthy, space next to me the carpet was being swept with a broom, who knows how much crap that stirred my way.

This store is not near as warm as the one out on east kellog.
1.) The inventory could be alot better they were out of everything we came in for...
2.) The server seemed as though she had better things to do
3.) The manager appeared unkempt, as though he couldn't handle the place

Seems to change management often... have eaten there when everything was okay and also when place was filthy - thick dirt along window rail and on ceiling fans... and when very under staffed. coffee and food good but service and cleanliness uneven. will chance it again when crave some swedish pancakes...

Colorado omelet had only roast beef instead of the other ingredients on the menu. It was a to go order so I didn't discover this until I got home. It was at the IHOP on East Kellogg in Wichita. The IHOP on Rock Road served me a much better omelet only it is not near as handy as the one on Kellogg. I'd like to go back to the Kellogg location again, but I'm not sure I want to chance another disappointment, but I don't like the thought of continuing to go to the other one across town because the closer one isn't near as good as the other one.

Everything came over to the table hot and fresh made!Coffee stayed filled-which is important to me!!Love my coffee,and it was good coffee to boot!!
