I've been to Panagio's a handful of times. The place has a modern and simplistic theme invoking the idea of breakfast. Panagio's specializes in breakfast, however, it does have a variety of other foods including burgers, poutine, and sandwiches. The food I would give a 4.7/5, the actual restaurant a 5/5, the staff 5/5 and the cleanliness at 4.5/5!
