Denver is all about brunch. You don't have to use certain substances to appreciate getting up later and having cocktails with breakfast. I hesitate to classify Mona's as "hipster", but there ARE mannequin legs sticking out of the sign. Coffee is pretty good--even for a coffee-snob town. Good selection of traditional brunch, traditional breakfast and some very creative neo-brunchy menu items. Best corned beef hash in Denver, good service, good prices and great morning cocktails. Very good overall and right at the north end of downtown near all of the attractions. I will be going back whenever I'm in town.
