THIS CONTEST IS OVER. For the month of June, everyone who submits an image and a paragraph meeting the requirements below will receive a Mr Breakfast Silly Putty Egg and a Mr Breakfast Club Card.
This could be you! Starting this summer, one special lady will be selected each month to be Mrs Breakfast on the splash page of MrsBreakfast.com.
Forget about Miss America. Heck with Miss Universe. In 2004, it's all about Mrs Breakfast!
Future Mrs Breakfasts will be chosen based on the quality of their photograph and short statement explaining why they should hold the ultimate breakfast title.
The ideal Mrs Breakfast will range from age 5 to 150. She could be a mother or a grandmother. She could be a youngster or even a wise-cracking guy dressed as a lady. She might be married or single. The only chararacteristic she MUST have is a genuine love of breakfast.
Mrs Breakfast is an honorary title and the person selected each month is under no obligation to marry Mr Breakfast.
Prize Package
In addition to appearing on the splash page, each month's Mrs Breakfast will receive a prize package consisting of her choice of one item from the Mr Breakfast Special Products Collection, a screen-capture of her appearance on Mrs Breakfast.com suitable for framing, 3 Mr Breakfast Silly Putty Eggs and 2 Mr Breakfast Club Cards.
Submission Guidelines
1. Take a picture of yourself. Images will recieve priority consideration if they 1) contain a breakfast element (ie. holding a coffe cup; holding a sign that reads "I love Breakfast") and 2) are quality images that are, or can be sized/cropped to, dimensions in approximation of the space available for Mrs Breakfast on the Mrs Breakfast Home Page.
2. Write a short paragraph expaining why you should be Mrs Breakfast.
3. Email your photo and paragraph to mrbreakfast@mrbreakfast.com. Or Mail them to: Be Mrs Breakfast, 1616 N. Poinsettia Pl. Suite 333, Los Angeles, CA 90046.
Judging
Judging of entries is at the sole discretion of Mr Breakfast. While not bound to any rules or regulations, Mr Brekafast will choose Mrs Breakfasts based on the criterias of: image quality, breakfast love and presenting a diversity of breakfast lovers on a month by month basis.
Important Dates
Consideration of entrants will begin June 15th, 2003. The first Mrs Breakfast will be selected on or about July 20th and will apprear on the site on or about August 1st. Future Mrs Breakfast will be chosen on or about 20th of each month and will appear on the site on or about the first day of the following month. Future Mrs Breakfast will always be selected from the entire pool of entrants recieved from the opening day of the promotion. The prize package will will be sent to recipient within 30 days of notification and may arrive in seperate shipments.
While most likely to continue well after, this promotion has an end date of October 4, 2003 at which time the 3rd Mrs Breakfast will have been choosen and debuted on the site. It is the hopes of Mr Breakfast that the number of quality entries recieved will propel this promotion to continue well after this initial end date.
Important Considerations
By act of submission, entrants grant MrBreakfast.com/MrsBreakfast.com the right to use any images or text submitted on the websites MrBreakfast.com and MrsBreakfast.com. Use of all submissions shall be resticted to this promotion.
This promotion is available only to legal residents of the Unites States and Canada.
