The banana and the blueberries are really the only you things taste. There is no sign of an eggy taste or consistency in this drink. It's easy to make and is the beginning of my weight lifting diet.

Tastes awesome, I changed it up a bit by putting in yogurt instead of berries, just using normal milk and adding 6 icecubes.

The danger in raw eggs was in the fact that some chains of store did not continue to refridgerate their eggs for as long as they were suppose to. They would leave them outside sometimes for hours allowing bacteria to grow. This practice has really been cracked down on since the few episodes many years ago. Also if you buy local organic eggs you should be fine.

Seriously everyone should try this once in their lives. I was apprehensive about the raw egg at first too but you can hardly taste it, plus the blueberries really disguise the taste. Marilyn Monroe used to drink 2 raw eggs in milk for brekka so we are in good company! x
