This box of cereal never made it to market. After Vanessa Williams became the first African-American Miss America, Kellogg's handed out these commemorative boxes at the 1984 NAACP convention. Soon after, Penthouse Magazine printed pictures of a younger, naked Vanessa Williams simulating lesbian action with another woman. The new Miss America was stripped of her crown and America was stripped of a chance to buy this cereal box.
