Cereal Rating (out of 5):

It is hard to find a good crispy cereal that is high-protein, low carb, so I love this brand, especially the Maple-Pecan and Almond-Vanilla. The high protein keeps keep me feeling full until lunch, so has been a great way to maintain healthy weight.
