The complete name of this cereal is Organic Fiber 7 Multigrain Flakes. It was also sold under the name Organic Fiber 7 Flakes (without the word "multigrain").

One box described it as a "good source of fiber... fat free & low sodium."

The first five ingredients listed on the side panel are organic whole grains (a mix of wheat flour, oat flour and brown rice flour), organic wheat bran, organic evaporated cane juice and organic oat fiber.

The number 7 is likely due to the fact that this cereal has 7 grams of dietary fiber per serving and each box contains 7 servings.
