I remember a commercial. It was a cartoon, and one guy had a big hole in his stomach. His friend tossed a basketball through the hole. Turns out he wasn't getting enough protein. To the rescue: "high protein Rally." That line was sung.

It was my favorite cereal, but it didn't last very long. Like a sweetened Chex, sort of.
