Atlantis
From: Kellogg's
Introduced in 2001 This cereal was a promotional tie-in with the 2001 Disney animated film Atlantis: The Lost Empire. The movie featured the voices of Michael J. Fox, James Garner, John Mahoney, Leonard Nimoy and Jim Varney. Set in 1914, the story involved of a rag-tag submarine crew on an expedition to find the lost continent of Atlantis. The cereal consisted of toasted-oat Cheerios-esque pieces mixed with chocolate-flavored triangular pieces with characters etched on them to resemble "Atlantean Alphabet" letters seen in the movie. This cereal was delicious, and I loved seeing how the milk made the 'letters' appear. Those chocolate pieces were a bit overly crunchy though - I lost a tooth on one! Comment submitted: 6/14/2012 (#8015) By A. Lover
Best. Cereal. Ever. Kellogg's needs to bring Atlantis cereal back. Me and my sister were crazy about it. Comment submitted: 3/19/2012 (#6878) By Sd_Donkey (Team Breakfast Member)
