Their most famous ad campaign showed bowls of competing cereals ridiculously stacked to indicate how many of servings were required to match the nutritional profile of a single serving of Total. According to General Mills, "Total was the first cereal to contain 100% of the minimum daily requirements for 8 vitamins, as recommended by the U.S. Government, representing a major advance in cereal vitamin fortification."

I've always preferred Total. Of all the cereals out there, this is the only one where I know I feel a little more energized in the early afternoon because of it.
