Scooby-Doo
From: Kellogg's
Introduced in 2013

This cereal was introduced by Kellogg's in early 2013. It was described on the front of the box as a "crispy lightly sweetened vanilla flavored cereal - naturally and artificially flavored."

Additional text on the box indicates that the cereal provides "50% of the daily recommended amount of whole grain" and that it is a "good source of Vitamin D" and an "excellent source of Iron."

The cereal pieces are shaped like bones and look like miniature dog biscuits (or Scooby Snacks as they are known in the Scooby-Doo world).

Upon its introduction, the first 4 ingredients listed on the side panel were whole grain yellow corn flour, whole wheat flour, sugar and whole grain oat flour.

Scooby-Doo Cereal 2013

This is Kellogg's third attempt at a Scooby-Doo cereal. Back in 2002, they introduced Cinnamon Marshmallow Scooby-Doo cereal. That cereal was often referred to just as Scooby-Doo cereal because some boxes listed the "Cinnamon Marshmallow" portion of the name in small letters. We believe those particular boxes were mostly for the Canadian version of the cereal.

Some years back, Kellogg's also gave us the since-discontinued Berry Bones Scooby-Doo cereal.

Company Description: Kellogg's was originally founded as the Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company in 1906. The company's founder Will Keith Kellogg is credited with inventing corn flakes along with his brother John Harvey Kellogg. The company was renamed the Kellogg Company in 1922... Hi. When I was around six or seven, there was a Scooby Doo cinnamon and marshmallow cereal. It was the best thing I have ever eaten and it honestly changed my life. Now I have one question... WHERE DID IT GO?
