This cereal is described on the front of the box as a "plant protein and multigrain cereal with fair trade chocolate". The box also indicates that it's vegan with 10g protein and 7g fiber.

The complete ingredient list: soy flakes, whole grain oats, puffed whole grain blend (hard red wheat, long grain brown rice, whole hulled barley, whole grain rye), semi-sweet chocolate, brown rice syrup, cane sugar, expeller pressed canola oil, acacia gum, cocoa, chocolate, sea salt, chocolate extract, natural flavors and rosemary extract for freshness.

The box shows a copyright date of 2016, but we didn't see the cereal appear in stores until February 2017.
