This cereal once described itself on the box as a "delicious, lightly sweetened cereal... (a) good source of fiber... low in fat." The cereal pieces are a sort of pentagon-shaped cross between Life Cereal pieces and Crispix Cereal pieces. The only sweetener used in Mother's Toasted Oat Bran is molasses.
