This recipe is better if you use normal sausages (like Richmond). Cook first, then slice them up and add them to the egg mix while it heats up. (I also added onion and diced bacon) :)

This might be the worst recipe I've ever seen. An egg with a full sausage pattie in the middle? Really?

This is a decent recipe. Maybe a little boring. It should be mentioned that you should use heat-and-serve sausage... if you used raw sausage, it certainly wouldn't cook fully. Also adding some cheese to the top helps this.

The sausage takes a full 5 to 10 minutes to cook. Eggs take about 1 to 2 minutes. This reciept will produce pork fat, and rubber eggs. Try cooking the sausage in a seperate pan and adding them to the omelette just as the eggs set.

By leeeagles (Team Breakfast Member)Do you cook the sausage separately than the egg?

By the time the sausage patty is done the eggs will be so over cooked. Has "animal lover" you ever cooked before?
