Loved it!! Used Gluten free flour and corn meal instead of flour, still turned out dynamic!

I used 1 Tbsp of ground flax seed with 1 Tbsp of warm water as my egg substitute and it turned out great, I would also add some orange zest. I also used honey instead of sugar. They turned out great!

A little too 'wheaty' tasting. I think if it was 3/4 cup all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup wheat flour then it would have been better. I used 1 egg instead of the egg substitute. It's a good recipe, but could be better. I'll also add a little vanilla and cinnamon next time.

Can I use orange juice as a replacement for milk, with it tasting good?

If you have a pancake mix that only requires water, could you just substitute the oj for the water?

I also did the regular egg and regular flour. I also didn't have applesauce on hand so I used vanilla yogurt. Very good pancakes! My husband, I, and our 2 kids ate them all up!

I used JW's advice about whole egg and more orange juice... and also used all all-purpose flour. They were very flavorful... although not as fluffy as I'd prefer.

I really liked this recipe although I did make a few changes. I used a whole egg and only 3/4 cup orange juice. They were rib sticking good. Next time I will add 1 tsp orange zest.
