I added 3 Tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt to the egg mixture. Liked it. Although to be honest - as I was eating it, I kept wondering what it would be like with corn instead of peas. I'll try that soon and let you know.

It was nice to have the salty bacon with the sweet peas. It was also nice that I had all of the ingredients in the house. I would make this again. I used sliced cheddar and it was delicious.
