We make this once in a while without a recipe. We just add peanut butter to any instant batter after the batter is made. Easy and my kids love it too.

My kids loved it. They call them pancake fingers. They roll them up and put jelly where the fingernail would be. Okay... my kids are weird... but they're happy and full. :)

Just a tip: heat the jelly in the microwave.

I made the PB&J Pancakes this morning and they were a big hit! My guy isn't a big fan of jelly or jam, but he said it still tasted awesome with syrup. I had it with raspberry preserves and it's one of the best pancakes I've ever had. I used crunchy peanut butter because that's all I had, but the results were still amazing. I would definately recommend this recipe to anyone!
