Wow, sooo good!! The texture from the oatmeal was fantastic!! It was surprisingly filling, which is great. I didn't add the maple syrup, because I thought it was already sweet enough.

This smoothie was so yummy! I love oatmeal so getting the taste of it from a smoothie was cool. I did skip the maple syrup, though, because when I added strawberries it sweetened it enough for me. This was very good and I will definitely make it again!

Yes, on weight watchers, fruits and vegetables usually have NO point value, and oatmeal is also very healthy, perhaps lay back on the syrup.

Does anyone have the nutritional value for this shake? I would love to try it, but I''m doing weight watchers and on that program its good to know the nutritional info on what you''re eating. Thanks.
