I really like barley tea. It's more of an afternoon flavor for me, instead of breakfast. It's nice to make it myself. I bought a little bag of barley from the bulk section of the grocery story. Any ideas what to with the extra I have leftover, besides tea?

Barley tea has good health benefits. Making my own saves money and the tea is fresher.

This is pretty cool. Has anyone tried it yet. I'm always looking for unique non-alcohol drinks.

I liked it, although the roasting bit was the most difficult because I didn't quite know when was "just right".

It's actually called Bori cha...not hori cha. Thanks for the recipe!

I tried this tea, it was the best I've ever drunk. I recommend you if you like some soft drink.
