I didn't read close enough and forgot the oil, and they were still very, very good!

Good flavor and the edges were crispy - which I like. Good recipe.

What a perfect way to use up your Eggnog from the holidays... I have 5 kids and they asked for seconds.

They turned out fine. I thought the eggnog alone added plenty of flavor. No need for added cinnamon or nutmeg. Good one.

I added 2 tbsp nutmeg & 1 tbsp cinnamon. Served with a simple syrup, butter & powdered sugar. Very yummy :)

Really good and we'll certainly do this one again. There are two changes I'd recommend:
1) I cut the vegetable oil down to 4 tablespoons.
2) I didn't mix the nuts in with the waffle mix but sprinkled them on top of the finished product. We have a cheap waffle maker and nuts, fruit, etc gets stuck to the surface, so I usually don't mix them in. It also means you don't need a full cup of walnuts, but maybe 1/4 cup.
enjoy!

Loved these waffles; absolutely delicious! The only drawback was that these waffles don't get crispy.

Tastes great, but very heavy. Probably should reduce the amount of oil.

I added some Cinnamon and Nutmeg to the batter to make it more "eggnoggy" but otherwise a GREAT recipe - the waffles were so fluffy!
