Been making this recipe for a few years and everyone loves it! I use cheddar, add some corn and mushrooms, and put the pre-cooked bacon (crumbled) on top Thanks for this easy and tasty recipe! I am an older guy who is a beginner at cooking and this recipe is a great start!

I made ours with a combination of shredded Cheddar and shredded Pepper Jacks and it turned out really good. Three of us at the whole thing.

Instead of Bisquick, I replaced that ingredient with 1/2 cup of flour, 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt mixed together. I also replaced Swiss cheese with Cheddar cheese. It turned out very good and made 4 big servings.

I have been making this for years. I love this recipe! You can use any kind of meat, cheese or veggies to make it your own. I like pepper bacon, onion and sharp cheddar.

I don't really like quiche but I made this recipe, just doubled everything and used seasoned salt instead of regular, for my co-workers and they ate the entire 9x13 pan! Thank you.

Do you pour this into a pie shell or without? I suspect the Bisquick replaces the pastry because when I made this and cooked in a pie shell it was very dry.

I cannot use flour. Is there someother way to bind the ingredients?

Bisquick is just biscuit mix. It's a mixture of flour, powdered buttermilk etc. that is marketed in America to make easy biscuits. These links might be helpful in answering your questions:

I made this for my family yesturday and it was a big hit! definately was better the first day, but there were not many leftovers. (I made a double batch.) And yes! to Chars question. Just use the same half-cup amount of cooked ham (maybe best cut into small cubes).
