Excellent! Thank you and thanks to others that commented. My yogurt was a very thick type so I used 1.5 cups yogurt and half a cup 2% milk. Still added additional milk at the end to thin a bit. I heated the pan to medium with 1 Tablespoon canola oil and then cooked at low heat (2.5 on my stove). Used a cookie scoop and made mini pancakes to ensure that the middles would cook. They had wonderful flavor and looked like restaurant pancakes. Thank you for sharing!

These pancakes were delicious. Making them in the blender was easy. This was the first time I made pancakes by myself.

GREAT recipe!!! My homemade pancakes are much more difficult, but these are JUST AS GOOD!! I used strawberry yogurt (light & fit), sugar substitute, and strawberry & almond extract. I also put a bit of "Grape nuts" in the mini food processor to top them off with a crunch! Thanks for sharing!

I'm loving this recipe. It's easy and quick and just as good as any other made-from-scratch pancake recipe that I've tried.

These are the best pancakes I have ever made! No need to go out for good ones any more... these are even better than most restaurants. Great flavor, super easy to make and clean up. Thanks!

I used strawberry yogurt and it still tasted great. The batter was thick but solved that with a little water. Thanks newjersygal.

My "we don't like pancakes" family totally loves this recipe! It's not like pancake mixes because it actually has flavor. I throw fresh blueberries into the mix as well. I had the same problem with the blender not blending the flour well, so I wind up scraping the flour down between pulses. Having the batter in the blender makes clean-up so much easier - no drips on the stove either!

Great recipe. I found you have to cook them on a low heat to make sure they are cooked in the middle.

Worked great for us. However... question: we don't always have yogurt in the house... in fact we have it very rarely. Is there anything I could replace it with? If so, this is a definite keeper.

I made only a half recipe, but that should not affect the outcome, and I will try it again but NOT in the blender, but use either the food mixer or the food processor. It was too hard to get the flour blended in. Taste was good but the consistency was that of pudding with a brown crust on it. I don't think making a half batch caused the pudding thingy, but the OVER MIXING in the blender sure could have been the cause. Oh I also added a few drops of Watkins vanilla to the liquids part of the recipe.

Excellent flavor, but too thick for the blender. Mix it regularly in bowls, and it will be great!
