Used avocado oil. Season with Tony's Bold Creole seasoning. Two thumbs up!

I was out of onion, so I just used salt & pepper but mixed them with 2 eggs to help them retain their hash brown shape. Fried them in EVO & avocado oil because they are so much healthier than canola oil. Topped with sour cream. We enjoyed them this evening with the turkey my husband smoked. Even threw some eggplant slices on the smoker! Delicious! Next time I will add the onion and maybe a bit of grated apple for a breakfast twist. Thank you for such a delicious recipe!

I enjoyed it. Potatoes are one of the biggest things I've missed since going low carb. I didn't have green onion, so I just finely chopped a white onion. I also used grape seed oil instead of canola. I couldn't get it to shape into patties, but the recipe was great as scattered. I through on my hot sauce and ketchup. It was heaven. I will be making this again!

Can anyone tell me if they hold up well? If I were to make on Monday, would they hold to till Friday?

I put an egg more in it and made scrambled eggs out of it. Tasted also very good! It's important to not put too much spices to it because they take away the fresh taste of the cabbage. Recommendable!

This was the perfect breakfast recipe: quick, easy to make, and most importantly, yummy & invigorating. I went for a not-low-cal version -- served it with a fried egg on top.

This recipe is very good. It almost feels like you are cheating. I used a low cal version. Instead of 1 egg, I used 3 egg whites and instead of canola oil, I used cooking spray. It still came out pretty good.
